Springtime For Hitler

Never saw the show. Althouse put up this clip, in the context of people freaking out over Heil Hitler jokes these days. It would be funny if there weren't lives being ruined over this. Remember that piece. When the new breed of protestors and activists are doing ridiculous things, there are real people, suffering on the other end. Some people need to join a local Get A Life Club.

I never saw the show, but I saw the movie on which the show was based. The Producers (1967 film.
This was all that I remembered:
I was born in Düsseldorf
And that is why they call me Rolf
Don't be stupid, be a smarty
Come and join the Nazi party

I recalled something about "Goosesteps in Cracow" from the song, which shows that memory is not infallible.

This was Mel Brooks's creation.

A lot of people are seriously messed up, in their heads. Fortunately, I seem to not know any of them. Well, not yet.
