You wouldn't think I'd be that encouraged with the Celtics losing so many games recently. But I am. Since starting at center, Al Jefferson is producing 18pts, 12 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game. He turns 22 tomorrow. I would like to see better defense, but he's not terrible. Gerald Green continues to improve - since mid December he's playing less than 25 minutes a game, but score 14pts. Great. No defense or rebounds, though. He turns 21 this month. Telfair, West, and Allen are decent, though not spectacular guards. Wally and Perk are just back from injuries and should look at least a little better by next week.
And Paul Pierce's injury is not serious. The kids are improving while he's gone. I'm okay with this team.
