Great little video. I think we cannot be reminded too often of the humanity behind the titles and positions. Justice Sotomayor allows that humans can have differing methods aiming toward shared goals, and that these differences are not necessarily reasons to dehumanize.
The conversation around the nature of a just society is ancient. I wish we could see more glimpses of this kind of humaneness, rather than the disingenuous posturing that is inherent in our zeitgeist.
