this employee handbook
on the web. Valve produces great software in an industry that too
often is content to churn out terrible games while simultaneously
working young developers until they burn out. Valve's approach is a
little different. I recommend the read not only for the content and the
company's approach, but also for the great visual design on their
handbook. I'm trying to think of what skills I have that they need now...

Hmm, I wouldn't even have to move in order to work there! Of course, I can only manage email and a few other things on the computer, so I probably wouldn't be of much use to them...
They are looking for an economist and psychologist. If you can shoehorn into those roles, they've got a spot for you!
