35 Years On, I think that “Postliberal” sums it up
I remembered every word. As usual. Some of the visuals I had forgotten. Very early 60s.
I don't remember the commercial. I wonder if the inspiration for using moose in a commercial came from Rocky and Bullwinkle, a show I liked so much that my brother gave me some Rocky and Bullwinkle videos decades later. The kid-targeted commercial from childhood that I remember most was for Good n' Plenty candy. I didn't like the licorice-flavored candy, but I liked the commercial. I had a vague memory of Mighty Mouse being used in commercials, and a search engine confirmed that vague memory. Mighty Mouse pushes Sugar Crisp.
Mr. Bullwinkle! Paging Mr. Bullwinkle!
