At this point in the proceedings I expect some bits of useful information to surface, but also some preliminary results that won't pan out. Was there a downturn? We won't know till next week, and even then won't know if it represents real or partial containment for a few weeks after that.
Our governor is tightening things down more--closing state parks. Possibly that has to do with staffing issues, but I think a better way of addressing those might be to warn that "Enter at your own risk. If you fall off the cliff, nobody will know and you will die there."

Yeah, the whole country...especially the media...has Target Fixation, as they call it in combat aviation.
That phenomenon happens when you are so focused on getting your opponent that you fly into a mountain, or otherwise come to a bad end.
A few months ago, the obsession du jour was Impeachment, and no one was interested in hearing about some weird virus from China.
