Blogger has a longstanding problem of deleting videos shortly after the initial save. Very occasionally, I have had to embed a third time.
Also, when I look at the videos on my own homepage, it will often have moved the next-most recent video into that slot, and the third-most into the second most, etc.
It can be fixed by hand with little trouble, but I have yet to find a way to prevent either problem.
