Somebody posted once that a cure for any earworm was to recite the beginning of the song by Yes: See all good people turn their heads this way, so satisfied I'm on my way. I use it, and it works pretty well. Walkin' the Dog doesn't bother me, and I like Little Anthony, but it's handy to get free of "The Cars That Go Boom".
