I humbly present Grim's Mistaken Cookies, which you can probably adjust to be gluten free because the core ingredient is garlic-infused reserved bacon grease.
Bacon and chocolate go together well... I might try the garlic addition. Speaking of bacon (or breakfast sausage) and chocolate, is chocolate gravy ever on your menu?
