My (Great-)Aunt Sal had a three-digit plate because she had registered her first car in the 1930's. 673. She had a Creme-and-Cocoa Chevy and then VW Bugs when I knew her, finishing with a Superbeetle. I should have paid attention and tried to snap for it when she died in 1983.
