Never saw the show. Althouse put up this clip, in the context of people freaking out over Heil Hitler jokes these days. It would be funny if there weren't lives being ruined over this. Remember that piece. When the new breed of protestors and activists are doing ridiculous things, there are real people, suffering on the other end. Some people need to join a local Get A Life Club.

I never saw the show, but I saw the movie on which the show was based. The Producers (1967 film.
