Nine fascinating findings from personality science. Only three here, but they are fascinating. We've been saying this for years here, which shows how smart we are.

Years ago, I was in a company management class where, in addition to the sessions on finance, marketing, strategy, operations, etc, we had some interesting outside speakers. One was a Marxist professor, Another was a psych professor, a Jungian IIRC but also an afficianado of the MBTI. He gave us all the questionnaire without telling us what it was about, then dividend us into groups depending on Type, and gave all the groups a problem to solve.
What he was interested in was not how good the groups were at solving the problem, but how they went about it. I was in the Intuitive group, and we spent most of our time arguing about the approach to be taken.
The professor's advice to us was: you will naturally tend to hire people of the same personality type as yourself. Resist this temptation, or you will all have the same blind spots and all happily walk off the cliff together.
MTBI or not, I think this is good advice, and represents a kind of 'diversity' that isn't much considered.
