Being unruffled is so pleasant in and of itself, that it is worth practicing even when the situation does call for panic.

Assistant Village Idiot said...: I'm not sure. I have thought it for some time in an inchoate fashion. I work in an acute psychiatric setting, where people panic a lot. It's fun to not panic when others are.; 6:22 PM
