For my female audience that likes both grace and muscles.  I wanted the sword dance from Brigadoon, but the video quality was poor. I was briefly a dancer in college, because I was in theater and it was required.  I wasn't good but I learned a little.  Villella was legendary among the dancers.


Yes, the angle makes it look higher, but he really is way up there - with every muscle under control.
