Expanding on the common FB joke over the last half-dozen
years, expressing “surprise that so many of the people I graduated from high
school with are not only experts on constitutional law, but now reveal
themselves this week as authorities on tariffs as well.” This month it is good
to learn how many in my circle are knowledgeable in epidemiology, just in case
I ever need that information.

Your circle has got nothing compared to my relatives.
Likely true. The relatives on one side of the family have tended to unfriend me on FB.
The giveaway is the ascribing of bad motives to those who disagree. I will do that myself at times, but I try to qualify it heavily and remain precise about who I am referring to.
