Finally called up to the majors. As he is in the National League, he won't be coming to Fenway, as was anticipated when he was in the Orioles' system. I was expecting it would be interesting when he was first introduced there.
Now that's cool. I didn't know the mighty Yaz has a grandson continuing the tradition. I saw many games with m granddad in Fenway with the Impossible Dream team, brings back some great memories. Thanks for posting this.

He comes from a great family, on both sides. His maternal grandparents, Mary and Charlie Wesson, were pillars of the community in Andover, MA.
