Steve Sailer has an interesting article about solving a murder via social networking. The victim was Armenian-American, the murderer was tracked back to a region, then a village, then an individual in Armenia. The police were no help, BTW.

Knew a woman who had an Armenian working for her. Seemed a bit odd to most of us. Just different, was what it was.
