As a follow up to yesterday's Part D meeting, I am attaching a copy of the notice to non-reassigned duals (on OMPB letterhead) that was mailed to a group of about 300 HCBC-ECI and "at-large" (without case managers) duals. Please distribute this to anyone who works with or may receive a call from beneficiaries in these groups. Also attached is another copy of theexplanation and DHHS recommendations for the reassignment process.

Sadly, I Understood This
I have been working in this bureaucracy too long. Received yesterday.

What language is that? I recognize the characters as Latin, but most of it is nonsense -- at least to the casual observer. Do these people speak the same way they write. How do you pronounce HCBC-ECI?
Hickbick ee-see-eye
You doan fool me with your coded coverup. Your company was downsized by eliminating case managers and you celebrated with a massive office sex 'partd' but got busted and the couples involved that had escaped reassignment were being notified, probably on a business competetors letterhead, that those perticipant couples that had escaped consequence were being reported to freelance HCBC-ECI's of which is most likely a chorus of specialized lawyers. No doubt an ammended copy of theexplaination for reassignment was necessary due to potential litigation and DHHS, the damage controll department, must reassign the reasigned.
As the mother of a dual who should be listed as a quadruple, what I got from the memo that some people are going to get their checks screwed up.
ok ya got me. What does it mean?
"duals" are folks who receive both Medicare and Medicaid. HCBC is medical home care. That may be enough to get a sense of the whole message.
