Saying the Quiet Part Out Loud
That liberals have better folk songs will come up again soon. I am going to have a stab at understanding why that is. I will probably be wrong.
Could just mean that artists, despite their value, should never be put in positions of responsibility for anything but their art.
Most of these progressive folk singers are socialists who write and sing songs against capitalism, but will scream bloody murder if its even suggested that they give up their royalties for the cause.
