In The Halls of the Mountain King

Grieg's piece has been legendary in our family for 25 years, becauseof my son's sixth-grade science project, to which it was the background. This was fun.

    My father would sing "Johnny's got a bellyache" to the tune of Hall of the Mountain King.

    For Elvis's "Love me tender," my father's lyrics were, "Love me tender, love me sweet, come to the garden and smell my feet."
