Age

Bill Clinton is four years younger than Joe Biden

  1. It's not the years. It's the mileage.

If elected, Biden will be older on the day he's inaugurated than Ronald Reagan was on the day he left office at the end of two terms.

  2. Clinton is early "Boomer", Biden is late "Silent Generation".

Could it be that these stereotypes have some observational validity, in that in spite of the small age difference they are perceived as being from different eras?

  3. Unknown, I hadn't thought of that but I do think you're on to something with it.

The most recent picture I've seen of Bill Clinton was that screen cap of him sitting behind Hillary as she vlogged, and he definitely didn't look younger than Joe Biden.

  4. Whether he looks younger now than Joe Biden does, or not - Clinton finished his two terms 20 years ago. And he's 4 years younger than Biden.

And the same age as Trump. As of today Trump, Clinton and I, are 74. ;)

  6. Yes, and Biden is 78, and has not even begun a wearing presidential term, never mind finished one.

  7. When young, change happens fast, then you get a long period of near-stability, with very gradual decline after about 30.
At old age, change happens fast again, with the sudden decline occurring over months to a few years. Biden appears to have tipped over that edge.

Saw a slightly older pic of Biden, without the crooked smile. I wonder when he had his stroke.
