It's a very close match to the intro to "The Office." This was one of my son Ben's first films at his first job in the Woodlands, resh out of school over a decade ago. The pastor bouncing on the exercise ball is now the lead pastor at the church where Ben is creative director.
The only thing that springs to mind is “Parks and Recreation.”
