You might remember this band from back when I was playing music in the car back in high school - they've been around for more than 10 years now. Both "Drops of Jupiter" and "Meet Virginia" might sound familiar if you look it up. You also might find some Train cassettes lying around the house.
I did indeed remember "Meet Virginia," which was clever, but didn't do much for me. I didn't connect that it was the same band until I looked up the song on Youtube.
Not bad, not bad. I like the variation in orchestration.

ReplyDeleteI enjoy the band. This song is especially catchy. One of their original hits, Meet Virginia, is another good one.

ReplyDeleteEver since the summer Heidi and I worked at Sears and they had "Drops of Jupiter" on their 6-song rotation, I haven't been able to listen to it.
