Working Around The House

My granddaughter was by to visit while I was up on a ladder over the weekend. Similar things have happened several times. She is going to think of her grandfather as one of those old guys puttering around the house fixing things all the time, a characterization my children would find risible.

and the way he "fixed" it was to saw open the bottom, then nail wood paneling on the back.

You mean to tell me there is hope that eventually, with age, projects around the house will be done!

Ben, I thought your bedroom was the one without a door.

Boethius, it's true, though from what I've seen, I'd guess your family to have issues interpreting the length of "with age".

My word verification is "dorkedg". Amusing is one thing, now the system is insulting me!
