My email contained a long comment about conspiracy theories that had been posted to this site. I couldn't figure out which topic it came under, and hunted back through my archives to find it. In the comments section of my
September 9 posting about conspiracy theories, there is now a new comment. I love it when my opposition makes my points for me.
Well, I'm convinced. I mean, the guy's name is "enlightenment." So he's got to know what he's talking about, right? Who you gonna believe- him or your lying eyes?
ReplyDeleteThe only part he missed was to state that the Jews got out of the tower because they were warned ahead of time. That would have made it perfect.
Why is it that paranoid delusionists rarely use that common tool known as a paragraph. A well placed paragraph relaly aids a reader.
ReplyDeleteIf only conspiracy theorists could use their free time to do something useful. Think about it, if every serious theorists got together and put their imagination to good use, the sky is the limit.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I wish my boss had the same line of reasoning as "enlightenment" I want to not go to work because land sharks were chasing me.
Why, if I don't believe the theory, is my second option always magic? Why can't they ever give me the choice between believing the conspiracy theory or the radioactive stoats theory? Because then I might be listening.
ReplyDeleteAre you kidding, Ben? Everyone knows the radioactive stoat industry has bought the silence of every member of Congress. Skull and Bones raises the stoats, and then Halliburton uses its underground labs to insert the radioactive dye.
ReplyDeleteAs I commented on the original post with enlightenment's original rambling screed, I'm always amused when someone comes along and proves Thomas Szasz wrong.
ReplyDeleteNow, where did I put my haldol?
That 'Enlightenment' fellow made exactly the same post at my site. I left it up so that readers could see the pure mind of a lunatic.
ReplyDeleteQuestion: Why do such moonbats avoid rules of grammar? To repeat Cakreiz' puzzle, What do they have against paragraphs?
Could somebody get Enlightenment some meds?
Sorry guys, he really convinced me on this one. I don't want to believe in magic like the rest of you lemmings. I'm going with Enlightenment. Viva la paranoia!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou're all just figmen of my imagination, anyway. All I need is my arrow, or am I really dating myself? What's your point? -cp
ReplyDeletecold pizza, well dating yourself has a different meaning now than it did then, so you're doubly aged.
ReplyDeleteOkay, first it was "stoats", then "lemmings". All the rodent references are really rather radioactive, right?
