I loved the GF pasta at Evviva Trattoria in Westford and so asked, as I do, that if they didn't make their own from scratch, what was the brand name? Garofalo. When I got home I searched online for where I might find it retail. In typical fashion, there was a little map with the invitation to enter my location for where it might be sold.
I noticed immediately that the map was centered on Switzerland/Italian Alps. I was not encouraged.

Do not despair. You can get it from Wallmart.com (or Amazon).
I would think that you could get potato gnocchi that was GF.
