A two-hour podcast with Samo Burja on Razib Khan's show. So much that I can't get my head around it all and want to listen to the whole thing again before commenting - and I don't know when that will be. So if you are going for a long walk or ride, there is this discussion about long-term world events and Bismarck Analysis. Stunning, really. So many topics came up where I thought "Yeah, I never thought of that. And it's important." It's not on his site for some reason. Burja is a Slovenian now in America whose company does deep dives on long-term futures for (apparently) well-paying clients. He sounds smarter than me.

Oh dear, your expert is not. And dragging poor Bismark through the mud is just dumb.
For how many years now have we been assured that China was on the brink of collapse?
In the second part he does discuss their internal strengths and weaknesses and where he thinks that will go.
