Saying the Quiet Part Out Loud
My spam has changed from ED ads to earwax solutions. I am wondering if I should feel insulted to be considered too old for the former now?
Maybe they figured that if you didn't respond to their ads, you must be hard of hearing.
It's the old WW1 shelling warfare joke: Huddled in a foxhole, a young corporal and old Sargent-major. A shell comes whistling in for a close hit; The corporal protectively covers his privates, the Sargent-major covers his eyes.
