The annual Havna Festival takes place halfway up Norway with various artists. They made this video for last year, but the festival was canceled. They are clearly expecting to be back on in August this year.
The melody is "We Are The World," but (fortunately) not the lyrics. This is my looked-up translation.

Norway and music. Allow me to introduce you to Angelina Jordan. Angelina won "Norway's Got Talent" in 2014 at the age of seven. The following is her singing her own composition: "Oslo".

She is going to do for Norway what ABBA did for Sweden.
There's a series about Princess Martha and Prince Olav of Norway called "Atlantic Crossing" on Masterpiece. The first episode was on PBS last night and was quite well done.
