Saying the Quiet Part Out Loud
Not at all like a goose-step, actually. This is a traveling act from the Netherlands. You can have them at your festival, if you like. Well, likely not in North America you can't.
Several things of note: 1) the geese stayed in line, never strayed; 2) the tune was almost the same- or the same- as When the Saints Go Marching In.
I think it was the same, except the glockenspiel does not have one of the notes so she fudges it.
