Supposedly people at a diner in Manchester didn't want to speak with her. It's not her. We're tired of all of them at this point. Buttigieg and Klobuchar had a late surge partly because we hadn't much noticed them, I think. The old joke was "What do you think of Candidate Jones, Ebeneezer?" "Don't know. I only met 'im 3-4 times."
To be fair to NH, I recall something similar happening to Warren in Iowa last fall.
ReplyDeleteButtigieg and Klobuchar both have a common problem in that I can't tell when their last names are being distorted to mock them or when they're written correctly.
ReplyDeleteI only just now came to this conclusion after thinking you had mispelled both names in this post. "Huh," I thought, "That's not really AVI's style." Only on closer inspection did I realize both names had been written correctly.
Then again, I invariably read the word "perjury" as "prejury". I figured I had a case of one word dyslexia, but maybe I'll have to bump that up to three words.
