I like containers with lids and baggies. I don't know if my preference is cost-effective or "eco-friendly" and I don't care. I can stack or layer those in the refrigerator or freezer and transport them with minimal worry about leakage, even if they get turned upside down. <br /><br />I'm not picky about my containers with lids. Rubbermaid, sour cream, deli takeout... if the lid fits well, I like it.
