It would look normal in photographs from front-on. At least with a wide lens.<br /><br />I have a vague recollection of some cultural references to a sci-fi think where the tree had 'glitched' and was with the top half coming up from the floor, and the bottom half sticking into the ceiling, as if the 'vertical' on the CRT was misadjusted.
