The general response by mo...Yes, I've noticed. The general response by mostly lapsed Catholic coworkers, and my kids' agnostic school peers is "they were evangelizing and violating cultural taboos, so they had it coming..." In other words, if a region is mostly Muslim, and Christians found a church, build a school or hospital or rescue girls from the child prostitution gangs, they are asking to be killed. They are being "provocative". It is a double standard, as the same PC types have no problem with mosques or other religious programs being developed in traditionally "Christian" communities. It is analagous to the hating America indulged in by Our Fearless Reader...<br /><br />And it makes me rage and weep. The same people also criticize the US military when it is in harm's way, trying to right some of the vicious wrongs in places like the Balkans or the Middle East. Saying "we can't impose our will on the whole world."
