Even when they camp, going out for dinner and then sitting around the campfire are the big after-sunset activities. And in the months when the sun sets earlier - it's New Hampshire, and it's cold, so you have to want it.<br /><br />Still, Ben's right. We are a bit atypical here. Mine range from a 2.25" paring knife to a 10" chef knife and a pointed, 12" bread slicer.
