It has a destructive impact on businesses--especially small businesses--in fields ranging from toy manufacturing to clothing manufacturing to sporting goods to thrift shops to homecrafting. It is an astonishingly bad piece of legislation.<BR/><BR/>On April 1, a <A HREF="http://chicagoboyz.net/archives/6956.html" REL="nofollow">rally</A> is scheduled in DC to urgently inform Congress about the harm this law is doing.
